Help anyone for detoxing

I am also having a very bad day and sick of it all I am recently
Diagnosed but they feel I may have had Lyme for nine years. My symptoms are mostly neuro- brain fog, concentration, memory, cry or mad alot etc. doctor says my body not detoxing mold. Started me on Cholwell which says you should not take if have pancreatitis or major stomach surgery. I have both but doctor staid to take anyway.
I tried two doses and had avid so bad it
Left blister under my tongue I won't take
It again. Anyone know something I can
Ask doctor about trying to detox especially for mold?
I can't take this. Once I started treatment I lost the ability
To speak clearly. I can at times but a lot of times
But speech is slurred, slow or I can't say the word. Any advice would

Actually, you really should set aside a 4 hour time block when taking products like Activated Charcoal and other things that will bind to toxins and nutrients alike. Otherwise, the Activated Charcoal (or other binders) will bind to the nutrients and other meds & Herbs and usher them out of the body as well before they can do any good.

Ideally, a person should take these binders 2 hours after and 2 hours before any type of meds and food.

Also remember to drink tons of water as these products usually result in having constipation.
