We're on vacation at Yellowstone and arrived yesterday. It was a long day of flying followed by a 78 mile drive to the cabin. After a few hours I had massive muscle pain and tightness. I suspect it's the lower oxygen density. Of course I only packed enough supplements for the trip and don't have extra stuff with me.
This morning the pain is less intense but I'm overall sore and my bad knee is swollen. I saw a store that said it had supplements but it won't have much I'm sure. We're in a tiny town so I'm hoping I can get some chlorophyl or something similar.
Is there a thing with Lyme and altitude? I'm at 5,000 feet and will be going to the park which I believe is at 7,00 feet.
Anyone else experience this?
