Need good Lyme Dr. In Columbia MO!

Hi. I found a Bull's Eye Rash 9 days ago. Dr. Prescribed 100 mg Doxycycline twice a day and didn't think a larger dose was needed. I would like to find a Dr. to talk to about other options. I heard there was a good Lyme Literate Dr. In Columbia, MO. If anyone knows who he is I would appreciate it if you could send me an email letting me know. I am very confused and just want to do the right thing.

I was bitten on my left side hip which is where my rash is located. My left side gluteus maximus started aching so badly and so suddenly that I finally looked and that's when I saw the bull's eye rash. I knew right away that I was in big trouble. My rash was not uncomfortable in anyway but when touched it was hot and you could feel the heat radiating from it. I started the Dyoxcycline the next day and after a few days my gluteus maximus pain started going away and feels pretty good now. My rash has faded a lot too but you can still see it. I'm just so scared.
