Hello All,
Waiting for a dr appt with a new dr for testing with IGeneX, probably won't happen until Nov/Dec, and so I'm going to do what I can until then. I am adding to the supplements I have been taking for others issues (low Vit D, Adrenal Fatigue) that have been confirmed via hair analysis/blood/saliva test (which I've pursued on my own because my last dr dropped ALL the balls.) Yes, I'm working of the bitterness. Sorry.
Following is the list, all suggestions welcomed.
Multi Vit w/Iron
Salmon Oil / Omega's 3,5,6,7,8,9
Aspara-can which is aspargas
Vit D3 (mine is very, very low)
Molybdenum (mine is almost nil at this point)
DHEA-25
Grapefruit Seed Extract
Vit C
Samento
Banderol
Teasel Root (suggested by lyme patient, helping her with jumpy muscles)
Cats Claw
Haven't received yet but will take when I get it:
Rhodiola Glycerite
Olive Leaf Glycerite w/18% Oleuropein
Also, due to my adrenal fatigue, I have been drinking the Vit C powder three times day with Himalayn salt.
I am NOT on anti-biotics, as I've not been diagnosed yet with lyme. That's only a matter of time, and getting a correct result with a dr who is educated in Lyme.
I also drink homemade kefir daily with stevia, and usually with Ceylon cinnamon for inflamation. I will begin putting my coconut oil in with this drink, too.
Ok, long list but I am trying to do what I can to help all this awful stuff going on inside of me, both physically and emotionally/mentally.
This site, everyone who is so supportive and KIND, is an answer to much prayer for me. You are now my family, and my prayers go to all who are in this same boat.
As I stated in another posting, I am off all sugars (fruits, too), carbs, alcohol and try to eat as much organic, non-gmo and pastured, grain-free meat as I can afford.
My concern is that I'm taking something that will either hurt me, and/or have adverse reaction with another supplement.
Thank you for all who respond.
ps. what a challenge to get this all typed out correctly and also not take all day, and stay on track. Whew! Ok, where's my ribbon for meeting this challenge! hahaha... guess that's better than crying again today.
Peace to All my Family members here! And that means YOU!!
