Mepron depression?

I am on 1tsp 2X daily and was wondering if anyone else experienced depression from this medication? I'm almost like a zombie and I cry a lot. I took a ten day break and now I'm back to it and during that ten days I actually did stuff. I went to the movies, took my son fishing twice...was super tired after but I still did it. Now it's back to the blues. My thinking just isn't clear (more then brain fog) it's more like memory loss. Things that are normal feel strange (going to the bathroom, watching my son, even walking sometimes) it just doesn't feel real. Idk how else to explain it, I also find myself zoning out and snapping answers to questions because I don't want to talk.

Also for the females out there does anyone experience worsening symptoms the week before menstrual cycle? Does anything help or is this just something to expect?

You know I actually did notice a worsening of my symptoms around a full moon. I attributed it to my POTS syndrome because that has to do with the gravitational pull on the body. Maybe other lymies actually have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). I know that Lyme disease can be a cause so I'm hoping the POTS goes away with the Lyme, but unfortunately I also have a genetic connective tissue disorder which can cause POTS so its really hard to tell from which condition it's coming from. Guess we'll find out.
