I just eat it with a spoon - I seem to be an exception, but I like it. It's not the kind of fat that sticks to your mouth.
There are 2 kind of coconut oils: the one you can use to fry in like for preparing French fries - it has been deodorised. French fries prepared in coconut oil are really nice, much lighter to digest.
Then there is the high quality coconut oil, extra virgin. You can use it for cooking too, but also for your skin. That's the one I use to eat. This one is obviously much more expensive.
I prefer to buy both organic...
