Are these symptoms LYMES?

Hi All

I have many symptoms and still remain undiagnosed with anything, most of the symptoms I have could easily be contributed to Lymes amongst other things, but was just wondering if anyone has had this. My body suddenly gets a wave of tightness around my chest, neck and face, sometimes it only lasts a few minutes, sometimes longer, it almost feels like im being strangled at times or choking, its really weird. Ive never heard anyone else with lymes mention this so was curious. Also I have major eye problems, i dont see floaters or black spots which others have mentioned, but I do get pain in my eyes, like a stinging pain, my eyes feel strained and are very light sensitive, I also seem to have damage to the ocular nerve because my pupils dilate to different sizes at different times, has anyone out there ever had damage like this? I bruise very easily, the slightest pinch will give me a huge lump and a bruise, and I have sore spots on my head that are so inflamed they feel like ive been cut or grazed, just curious to know if anyone has experienced these specific things, because ive never seen them mentioned on any lyme board before. I too have those eye symptoms, but I don't talk much about them because not many others seem to experience them. I do also get a lot of floaters & black spots, but I have no signs of damage to my eyes.

The tightness you are experiencing around your chest & that seems like to me like anxiety, as that's the kind of things that I go through from time to time. I also bruise all too easily, Heck I'll bruise just from being on my feet too long!

I go through periods where my skin is soooo painful that I can't stand to even to shower, but others here have mentioned they they get sore 'spots' on their head.

I have been having a pressure on the right side of my neck for a while now, don't know if it's related to lyme or not.  I also get eye pain which comes and goes.  I bruise very easily, like ripe summer fruit!  Also, light sensitive and wearing sunglasses gives me the worst pain behind my ears, I have tried so many different pairs, but haven't found any that don't cause pain.

p.s. one of the co-infections causes light sensitivity, I tested neg for co's though.  I think it might be Babesia look under the Newbie section to find out.

Some of the symptoms are so strange and varied, it a relief to hear these feelings are real, and not in my head as so many doctors have claimed! The bruising is bizarre, the slightest pinch can cause a huge bruise! My legs are covered in them, and I never even remember knocking myself. I also get these weird cut sensations on my head, and sometimes on my face (cheek) just below my eyes. I also have a lot of burning pain in various places, ive even had it inside my ears! Does anyone else get cramping type pain down an arm with shoulder and back pain?

Rose - Thank you so much for shedding some light on the tightness issue, i've been searching for answers about this for ages, was told by many just anxiety, but i'm sure it's not, its not quite the same, its the scariest thing and so hard to describe to others, so thank you so much for the insight!

Forgot to mention that my doctor is treating me with Argentyn 23 silver hydrosol. We did a round of Doxy but he doesn't want me doing extended antibiotics. He also has me putting Argentyn 23 Silver hydrosol drops in my eyes each night. He said oral silver doesn't treat the eyes, and he doesn't want the Lyme getting to my eyes. I didn't ask what that meant.
