major weight gain from this,

 

 from being so ill,my body swelled up

  I cant loose the weight,  on hormones and thyroid

  cant move that much,  don't eat that much,

did not work

Yes very important elimination. It has been a constant issue and can be considered detox. I use magnesium citrate to help with this. Let me know if this helps. Can be purchased online. Probiotics and elimination helped me a lot with the bloat but def need to stay on top of it. Hugs.
