Need help for a friend's child

Hello everybody!
I need some help :)
I have a friend that has just found out that her 3 year old kid has congenital lyme. She has been treating lyme for about 4 months now.
She is very worried about her child, that is already showing some symptoms.
She is now looking for the best LLMD for kids in the world. She doesn't care how much money it is or how far away from her home it is. She just wants her kid not to suffer what she has suffered.
What would you suggest? Who is the best LLMD for kids? Dr jones is not practicing any more is he?
I would really appreciate any help or advice you may have!

What a wonderful friend you are for stepping up to help out!
