JT3131 - Your results are borderline, but highly suspicious.
Band 41 just indicates you were exposed to any in a large range of bacteria that have flagella (or tails). This can come from Lyme yes, but this also can come from other diseases too (like the kind you pick up in overseas ...........). Nevermind, that was the start of a bad military joke. =)
Anyway, your band 31 result is very interesting This band can be specific to Lyme (if its an Igenex test). While there is not enough to warrant a positive, an "IND" means they counted SOME, just not enough to warrant a positive. This doesnt just show up in your blood by accident.
So taken together, I suspect you might have been exposed to Lyme, but this needs to be combined with your symptoms of course and if you recall being bitten by a tick with or without the classic bull's-eye rash?
