Yes, every single day, for over 15 years if I remember well, maybe longer.
Before, I had gotten used to them, strangely - I never took medication, except for a paracetamol once a month or so. Went to see an osteopath every now and then to get some pressure of my shoulders and neck, he did a lot of craniosacral work on me. Literally took that heavy weight from my shoulders, taking away the worst part of the headache. I consider it to be a tension headache. It is still there, but compared with what follows, it is bearable. Located at the back of my head and my forehead, sometimes like a band all around the head, sometimes stabbing, which is much harder to tolerate.
But the last few years, I develloped a more agressive headache, I discovered it to be the cluster headache not that long ago, thanks to a member here, and was confirmed by the neurologist I started seeing a few months ago (varies in intensity - located around and in the eye (like someone is stabbing an icepick in your eye) and temple on one side of the head, mostly with stuffed/droopy nose on that same side). Very hard to tolerate. Then I started getting migraine auras followed by migraine headaches (one side of the head, mostly makes me nauseous). I'm now taking Propranolol for this. It works most of the time, 'softening' the sharp peaks. But the everyday intense headache stays. Stress undoes the effects from the Propranolol, and makes me have migraine attacks every day, with sometimes several aura episodes a day.
