I'm in such a dark place

Lyme killer,I really don't want a fib....(who wants a fib?) You know the first time I was taken to the ED in September/October for SIGNIFICANT cardiac stuff, the paramedic tried to take my radial pulse bit it was too fast and irregular and she said she thought I was in a fib. By the time they had me hooked up my BPM were about 180ish but I wasn't in a fib.
Do you know what's causing your heart issues and what are your symptoms?

I went to the cardiologist today bc I showed up yesterday, which was a day early.... I had a resting HR of 120 during my baseline EKG this am. Dr doesn't believe in chronic lyme and only believes acute lyme can sometimes cause a heart block.:/
He said I am having frequent PVCs and lots of tachycardia but the best he can do is an echo this afternoon, I had one in October, and wants me on a beta blocker.... My BP runs 90/60s
