I eat very clean. However, I 'cheat' with Justin's maple almond butter and fruit juice-sweetened jelly on a Rudi's GF tortilla, and I feel it. It's like I ate complete crap. My body just says 'no'. Processed food kills me. I literally have to eat whole foods, no sugar, no dairy, no gluten, no nightshades. I haven't had wine/alcohol in over a year. It is HARD, but if I stray, I pay.

Thanks Barngurl and Shelly71, I figured it was a lot of the problem. My nutritionist says sugar causes so much inflammation so that could explain increase in neuro symptoms sad

I would suggest:

Healing Lyme Coinfections: Mycoplasma and Bartonella  (the older lyme book is pretty out of date compared with this one) 

Herbal Antibiotics

Herbal Antivirals

Cryptolepis is covered in the Herbal Antivirals book.  I am looking forward to his upcoming Babesia book because I have a feeling that the CSA tincture may be part of his treatment.

These are big books, and all the information is there.  Herbs, dosages, sources, preparation.  Buhner is fabulous.  If you are dealing with bart, I would start with the coinfections book.

I came to this realization several years ago. 

I am a believer that lyme can cause autism-like symptoms, but so can other infections that cause brain inflammation, like bartonella and the other coinfections. 

Gut dysbiosis can also be problematic because much of the immune system is housed in the gut.  GMOs and glyphosate preferentially kill good gut bacteria.
