mri results brain never feels rested

Mri shows punctate right greater than left white matter flair foci which are non specific
Questionable cortical thickening and abnormal Flair signal in the superior medial left frontal cortex and superior medial right frontal cortex. Cortical dysplasia should be considered.
parenchyml volume loss greater than expected for patents age.

Did anyone have a result like this? The oral antibiotics are not helping me, my brain is never resting. I can not sleep or nap at all.

I would love some feed back if anyone has seen anything like this before

Mri shows punctuate white matter foci which are non specific. This I have seen in the two MRI's that I have taken in the last year. My neurologist called them freckles and said that they are normal. My last MRI also showed constricted blood vessels.

As far as the oral antibiotics, what are you taking and at what dosage? How long do you suspect that you have had this infection? has any of your blood test come back positive?

When you can't sleep, it it because you don't feel sleepy or because your mind is racing with thoughts that you cannot fall asleep? Are you taking anything OTC or by prescription for it?

I am taking doxycline 200 mg and tindazole 1000mg. This Saturday I had first shot of biclin. Lyme doc thinks I have had this for 2 to 3 years. She did cd-57 was 61, intestinal siga was 15 (400- 800) is normal, igenix igm was pos for 18 and 30, IND for 31,39,41,83-93. Over the past year have been able to sleep less and less. I do not have the sleep feeling like I use to. Sleep study shows I have 160 arousals in a 6 hour period. I take lunesta 3 mg and I still wake up same amount. Doc have tried everything and nothing keeps me a sleep. I am suppose to start iv this weekend, I just want know its lyme and I am not being misdiagnosed

I still do not have a positive for lyme on a blood report and that what is worrying me
