This pain is from lyme or bart, not sure. Feet cramp up and feel burning sometimes. Loosening the calve muscles with extreme pressure will help for a while. I use a therea cane pushing on all upper leg muscles to release them.
Once muscle knots are loosened temporarily it feels better. But standing makes it return. I stand a lot at work.
I am interested in tips on how people delt with this - those who have to work basically.
On doxy, flage, ceftin for 5 months. Some releafe on muscles/tendons is starting but its slow.
If its bart, what abx works on bart that will not harm tendons- my tendons are tight and hurt from the infection to begin with, no need to harm them more.
