Now What...

Last night I was sitting on the couch talking to a friend when some thing very strange happened. My vision got fuzzy and I got a huge squiggly line floating in my vision. My Bp went up 164/99. I felt dizzy and of course scared to death. It lasted for about 1 1/2 hours until i finally feel asleep. I woke up this morning with my left arm tingling and my usual headache(arm is better now). I see my LLND tomorrow and will tell her but I'm wondering if any of you have had some like this, or know what may be going on? And the fight continues on...

I gotta comment on this bc this sounds like me. I get the same symptoms. I've gone to the ER twice bc I thought I was having a heart attack. Left arm tingly, high BP, Numbness around chest and pain in jaw. Stayed at the ER for a while. Came out with no answers. They tell me I'm perfectly fine. So I've had this off and on for a couple of years. I've taken a stress test and echo and no problems there. Now, I just live with it and try not to freak out... Basically, don't worry too much but do get checked out. Life!!! ;) Good luck.

First thing I think of is a migraine aura, they come in different versions.

This is probably what it looked like, sometimes it can be that the vague spot is smaller, and it's just the squiggly line, sometimes you can see spots everywhere, sometimes there is just tunnel vision.
