I have an appointment with an LLMD on April 16. I am just wondering if he is the same doctor you would have on your list? He was hard to find and had a wait, which I think having a wait is a good thing. He is the only LLMD I found in my area. It would be nice to see if there are more. I would appreciate it if a moderator would please send me the names in my area. Thank you!

I saw an LLMD in Arlington that I heard is very good. I am not getting treated by him though, I just used him to get tested. I think my mom got his name from the North Texas Lyme support group. I honestly can't remember what his name is though, but I can find out his name and email it to you if you want. If you contact the support group they will give you names. I think that the igenix lab gave my mom names of LLMDs in the area, too. So you can try calling them as well.

Yellow_daisy - I did go to the meeting last month. However, it was a little overwhelming because I had just found out three months earlier about my test and all I had done since then was research about Lyme and I hadn't given my mind a moment to not think about it. I now know that I need to take a day off and just not think about it.

I would appreciate the name of the doctor in Arlington when you get it.
