For me, The infection did this. Months after the initial infection, it affected my testosterone levels and my hormone levels to where the sexual appetite is non-existent. In those times when I try hard, I am unable to have or maintain an erection.
As you guys know, it is normal to wake up with an erection. Well, this too has been impacted for me. I have had maybe 5 or so days when it did happen, and those days I spent with extreme anxiety during the entire day. I am thinking that on those days I might have an influx of something that allows me to have the erection but it also gives me anxiety (hormones perhaps?).
I thought of taking the "blue pill" but since Lyme also affects the heart (palpitations, eye issues, blood pressure, etc.) I am afraid to try it and risk getting a heart attack or something.
