twitching... i know it's a common symptom, BUT...

anyone have any insight into why every third night i twitch real bad. No matter how much mag i take etc.?
Btw, i take between 1000-1300 mgs of glyciante a day , plus epsom salt bath , PLUS mag oil on my feet. i get a ton of oil on my feet.
it doesn't make sense why every third night is a mess for twitching and sleep... and i need clonaz to stop them or to let me pass out. It's not every night, but every third night, it makes no sense...
any insight??

Well, I know for some their Babesia symptoms cycle every 3 or so days. Do you have any other symptoms that cycle on the same schedule?

Are there any other things that you can connect to this cycle? Other stressors?

no other stressors as it's every three days. SO, it's same stress....
Like clock work. Every third night i need a loraz for sleep. A lot of times on that third night i will be facing insomnia too.
I can't think of anything else? what are symptoms of babesia??

Babesia is a protozoan spread by ticks, blood transfusion, and in utero. Despite there being 20+known forms to date, current testing only looks for two of them.

Air hunger -yes. comes off and on, can't say it happens every 3rd day.
Cough
Fatigue
Fevers
Headache-- yes, kinda feel like i always have one , or have a headache often
Hemolysis
Imbalance without true vertigo
Mild encephalopathy
Shaking chills
Sweats-- yes, at times...

i'm taking monolaurin and it says it can kill babesia... but i haven't been able to raise up to three scoops yet, still on one, so i'm not at full dose. Going to try and take a dose tonight

Where do you get Monolaurin mommy? Can it be taken while on doxy? Why can't you take three scoops, does it make you sick?

yes, you need to increase slowly or you will herx bad. I tried to increase to two scoops yesterday and i felt flush, fatigued and terrible stomach cramps...i backed down and till try increasing again
i bought the mono and the bio fibrin.

I thought twitching was due to Bartonella. I still have twitching every day and its SO annoying. Taking mag glycinate too - 800mg - whats gonna make it stop???

it may be, but the twitching for me is cycling every three days, so it is probably the babeseia cycling it???
i take at least 1000 mgs of mag glycinate, plus epsom salt bath plus mag oil, a lot of it and my twitching will be fine for two nights and then BAM! third night, horrible twitching :(
i haven't had flying limbs lately and last night my arms were flying off my my belly while i was trying to sleep. This is a nightmare :(

Mommy to 2, I know certain meds can cause twitching. I too take clonazepam for insomnia at times. I always twitch the next day. I was also on Celexa for quite some time for bouts of depression and it caused my muscles to twitch. Also, in the beginning of my tx I twitched and muscles jerked all the time. Many abx later it has stopped. If it is your Lyme, don't worry, it will pass! :-)

Monolaurinis a substance derived from lauric acid (a type of saturated fat found in coconut oil and in human breast milk). I chose to just use coconut oil, as I believe the whole food offers more benefit.

Coconut oil is great for the heart, anti-dementia, etc. but there's not near enough lauric acid in it to affect Lyme or co's. You'll want to take the straight stuff to kill off the buggers. It's just much more concentrated and powerful. I can attest to that.

I agree Todd... i don't think i could take enough coco oil that wold even come close to a scoop of monolaurin :)
