Haha, not shocking. Its easier for people not to go digging if you build on top of something.

Here, they turned our old landfills into parks. All I'm thinking is "I know this percentage of people threw things in trash like paint, chemicals, batteries and I want to run on top of that or lay on the grass no thank you!"

Well, I hope prospective buyers are smart enough to know better! There are so many uninformed people around who wouldn't know the risks.
