It's not likely "just you". It could be part of a herx for you though.
For the probiotics - the more strains of probiotics you take, not just the number of units, the better your intestines will likely do. I prefer kefir simply for this reason - it has many strains of good bacteria & good yeasts:

I hope that things settle down for you soon!

I know that kefir uses up the lactose in milk if you are just lactose intolerant - but if you are truly dairy intolerant, then I suggest that you start a new thread asking that question. I'm sure that you will get a lot of suggestions! Everyone seems to have a favorite!

As Traveler mentioned in 2012, I agree with upping the magnesium... I take magnesium capsules most every day... Also diet plays a huge role, are you eating lots of veggies that have ruffage? That helps too..

There are some good suggestions in this thread. In addition to the magnesium, if you are drinking a lot of water, increase your salt intake. Sodium elimination occurs more rapidly with increased water intake. It takes more systemic water to break down Nitrogen so if you are constipated, don't eat meat or other foods containing Nitrogen. This conserves water which can help with a bowel movement.

I take blue heron by integrative labs, it works well. Are you on questran or any binding agents that could cause constipation.
