Coconut Oil for skin

After researching it, I started using coconut oil on my skin, even my face. My terribly dry, itchy skin is looking/feeling much better. I am thinking that along with it's many benefits, the organic nature will not harm the detox process. Smells wonderful, especially for summer.
Wondering what your thoughts are.

I like coconut oil for cooking, moisturizing, eating, hair conditioning.....
One jar can do so much.

I use coconut oil as my face cream. Just feels really great.

It's great for use on skin. My garden hands appreciate it. I use a coconut oil chapstick too that will heal my dry lips overnight. I think the hospice group is using it now after seeing me use it on my mom.

Speaking of dry skin....my skin is strangely dry...It's like I'm shedding thin papery pieces of skin. It's all over my arms, my chest, my face...is that a sign of Lyme?

I am thinking of trying the coconut oil. Does it feel really greasy on your skin after awhile? Not sure if I'd like that .

I didn't use coconut oil forever, i thought it would make me break out because i have very sensitive dry skin. But WWOWW, love it! I've been using coconut oil on my face for almost a year now and love it sooo much, haha. I use it all over my body and actually stopped using lubrications for sex and start using the coconut oil, its incredible for both me and my partner, haha. I love coconut oil :) the end.

@Girlie - no, it doesn't feel greasy for long. I noticed a difference in my skin after only 2-3 days.
It's not cheap, but get 2 jars, one for the kitchen. I think the skin issues are probably a lyme symptom

I know I mention this site a lot, but I don't profit from it in case anyone is getting suspicious. I just like they're products. :) I didn't care for the hair soap, though, but it might've been our water supply that affected it since we're on a well.

Coconut oil is amazing. I use it for everything! I swear it's made me eyelashes grow longer, too! :o)
