Lyme doctor in PA please (live in York/Harrisburg/Lancaster area, willing to travel)

I am working with a bio-integrative doctor in Pilly that was the one who ordered our positive Western Blot (positive for both myself and my 9-year old daughter). He is referring me to an LLMD in NJ (near NY City) with initials LF, who I hear is great. The only difficulty is that she is 3.5 hours away (each way) and on some days I have a more difficult time with my limbs (neurological lyme, likely) and it may be too much, especially if I am in treatment and it gets worse before it gets better.

Does anyone have any advice for me? I have one PM in to one of the moderators who knows someone in Reading. I am not sure I was supposed to PM for that information (new to this board!)?

I am scheduled 7/30 to see a Dr N in Myerstown, Pa. I live near you, in York, and for me this will be about 1.25 hr drive. I've heard good things about him.
