Jaspermax,
I can so relate! I have vertigo and balance issues worse than ever right now. I have tried taking meds with no success. I am an audiologist and am knowledgeable in that area, and it appears my problem is not stemming from my ears as much as is stemming from my brain. My husband is a physical therapist, and I have tried doing vestibular rehab with no success either. I will tell you though, that staying hydrated is very very important for vertigo.
I have been to many docs and most recently, I was told it was "chronic vertigo". When I told him that is a symptom and not a diagnosis he just looked at me. It's back to square one!
I was treated for Babesia as I tested positive, but perhaps I was not treated long enough - only 3 1/2 months. Another doc said vertigo is more likely Bartonella. I honestly don't care at this point which it is, as long as I can be treated and have it diminish somewhat where I can go about
my day without holding onto everything!
Anyway, I wish you much luck and success and if I find a resolution I will certainly pass it on!
