I was considering purchasing an ionic foot bath machine (pretty pricey) when I noticed the foot bath recipe listed under the "New to Lyme" section. Just wondering if the combination of herbs listed would be as potent for detoxing as the ion machine. Needless to say, it would be a whole cheaper and that definitely works for me.
I also wanted to confirm that the fresh ginger is to be added to the water along with the Epsom salt and hydrogen peroxide for the bath detox.

I'd suggest that you just try the baths and or foot soaks for a while and see how you feel before you spend money on an ionic machine. That should help with your decision. Let us know how it goes.

I have been using an ionic foot bath for nearly 2 years and I love it.
I agree, they aren't exactly cheap ,but well worth the investment in my opinion.
If you need any more info, ask away.

Thanks everyone. Sounds like I'll give the mustard foot bath a try and see how it goes.
Tickled Pink,
Can you either post or e-mail me the info on the ionic machine you have just in case I decide to go that route. I've found several different options on-line but would like to get one that somebody has used and has had success with. Thanks so much.

I do the EB Pro at my colonics therapist. I do feel a difference after.
