Fruit smoothies with unsweetened yogurt is one I do sometimes when I want something a little sweet. If you use frozen fruit, it comes out like ice cream if your blender is good.
I've made chocolate pudding with avocados, sweetened with zylitol or stevia. I use a raw, dark, powdered chocolate. I tested it on the aides in the home I had my mom in and they liked it, even one who can't stand avocados. I can look up the recipe if you want.
I don't tend to use recipes much for meals. My main one I make when I'm too tired to mess with it is ground meat and vegetables and a little rice. I always add onion and garlic. You can use whatever seasonings you like to change the flavor. I have a few gluten free sauces that I sometimes use. I buy good quality meats too.
In the winter, I make a lot of soup, often with bone broths and vegies.
We make a lot of taco salads with a variety of leaf lettuces, peppers, carrots, etc. and topped with black beans, ground nuts, ranch dressing and salsa.
I hope that gives you a few ideas.

something quick and easy: lemon water with Stevia, fills the stomach and tastes sweet... helps me a lot when I have to get over a sugar craving.

When I'm really craving something sweet, I eat rice crackers dipped in an almond butter/honey mixture. That way I'm getting protein at the same time, and honey's good for you.

I use stevia as a sweetener. I make a few different "desserts" with it. One is made with quinoa, almond butter, oatmeal, coconut, and cocoa chips. You roll it up into balls. No baking required.
Another is chia seeds mixed with coconut milk, vanilla, and stevia. It forms a kind of "pudding" if you let it sit for a while.
Another is a shake with coconut milk, 1/2 an avocado, banana, cocoa powder, and stevia.
You can just add some stevia (I prefer the white powder) to a herbal tea.
I have a couple of others too. Let me know if you would like any of these recipes.

This isn't a sweet recipe, but I love chicken broth with lemon and turmeric. Very easy and nutritious :)

I have been on the whole30 diet (today is day 31). I started this before knowing I had lymes disease thinking it would help me find out what has been going on with me. Basically, you eliminate a LOT of foods such as sugar, nuts, eggs, nightshades, gluten, wheat, dairy....I have been eating meats and veggies and some fruit. At first it gave me headaches and pimples (I guess as I was detoxing out the crap I was eating) and it was supposed to help with fatigue and such. I was mainly crappy the whole time on it, but a couple of good days, but now I think it's mainly because of the lymes. Anyway, because of doing this, it has helped to reduce my cravings for sweet foods and when I do wants something sweet, I just eat a piece of fruit and that helps. With doing though, I don't find myself very hungry between meals and I don't find myself craving fruit. I am getting bored though and feel more like I am mad I can't just grab anything and eat it. I have to actually think about
it. Before this, I would have eaten a low carb, sugar free item that was sweetened with splenda or something similar.

I bought an ice cream maker and have been making fresh fruit sorbets and dairy free/sugar free ice cream. Best $40 I have spent in a long time!

Here it is,
1/2 a ripe avocodo
1 T almond butter
2 T agave syrup, but I'd suggest using something else. I think I'll try honey next time, with 1 T
2 T cocoa powder
1/2 C cold water
Blend 'til smooth and enjoy!

B vitamin deficiency can cause sugar cravings, as can Candida/yeast.
Chromium is needed for insulin sensitivity - a deficiency therefore can cause insulin resistance (which may lead to Diabetes). If you eat anything containing sweet substances (i.e., sugar, starches, grains, legumes, starchy veggies, corn syrup, agave, molasses, honey, etc.), it is advisable to be sure you are getting sufficient chromium to help your body manage your blood sugar level properly.
