One for the funny files....

A while back, we had a list going to the stupid things we've all done due to brain fog. I recall someone putting Dawn dish soap in her dishwasher and having suds all over her kitchen. That one made me laugh.

Well, I have a new one to add to the list....

Last night, I put a gallon of ice cream back into the microwave instead of the freezer. My mom (I'm living out of the spare bedroom at my folks place now) found it this morning and told me about it.

Getting lost in familiar territory is one thing.... sacrificing an entire gallon of ice cream is tragic !!! What worse is, I have no recollection of doing it.

Hahaha! I have no recollection of leaving the check in the checkbook and mailing the gas company an empty envelope either! Just discovered it today. Luckily, checks don't melt...

I got in the shower with my clothes on (mind you, the shower was on).

thank you for the smile! what a mess! i forgot about my mom's ice cream birthday cake on her birthday. it still tasted good :)

I constantly look for stuff that's right in front of me. I've wasted so much time and used up so much energy searching, and at times, of course, forgetting what I was searching for!

Plus, when the Lyme was really giving me lots of inflammation, my brain was wasted, and then I'd get crazy and believe that people were taking my things when I couldn't find them! Like, what? Why would someone take one of my cooking pots? Or take my garlic press? Thankfully, I figured out after months of this, what was going on, and why. Now, I take a deep breathe, relax, and go slower in my search. So far, I've had 100 % success rate of locating everything!! And, everyone is breathing easier, too! : )

OMG, that's perfect! Wonder Woman! That's what my sweetie calls me, and now it has two meanings!!
