Hi fnfiacco and Tickled
I started taking LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) for the pains (I could not longer tolerate them): overall muscle pain and severe joint and bone pain.
I was not sure if it was going to work, but I gave it a try about
2,5 months ago (I think, my brain must look like a piece of Gruyère, I forget so much). First that went was the overall muscle pain (that hit by a truck feeling), then after 1,5 month, it felt as if my joint pains were decreasing. They come up every now and then, and about
once a week, everything hurts like before. But the LDN has made my days more tolerable. Not everyone gets results that quickly or maybe even not. But maybe it's worth giving it a try?
btw fnfiacco, I have arthritis, but no nodules (except on 1 finger), only swollen, red, painful joints.
(Tickled, how are you, we haven't talked for ages... ? I hope everything is ok with you and the dogs? Hugs)
Marie
