still sick or just psychological issues?

I am not sure if I am still sick with lyme or just have ptsd kind of psychological issues. I had been feeling much better last month. Then this past month I had some dizzy spells etcetera.
But that is my only symptom. Plus some anxiety but I wonder if the occasional dizzy and anxiety ( which I am prone to anyway) is just psychological an dnot an active infection. I went to my llmd and I was really tired at my appointment and I complained a lot about dizzy spells and told him I felt worse than last month.
I feel that I may have misrepresented myself by saying I felt worse than I do.
Now, I just don't know how I feel. I feel little un easy and dizzy even now but it is slight. sometimes I feel totally totally fine, and then I go out and get overwhelmed and anxious.
But tht may just be residual fears form having had the intense lyme expereinece.
My doctor upped my antibiotics this month and said if it is not better next month we may consider stronger treatment such as iv. ugh!!!!

I am getting the german blood test to determine my actual infection but they cant see me for 2 weeks and it takes 3 weeks to get back.
so for the next 5 weeks it is still a guessing game.
I am trying to have a better attitude and think that this horrible experience is almost over.
I am not very stoic and so I wonder if I am just having fear based psychological things?
It is much better than in the peak of it where the anxiety was a physical undenialble lyme thing.
now it is more subtle and I can't tell what is residual fears and what is what.
I appreciate that my doctor took my concerns seriously, he actually added another antibiotic on top of my other ones and upped the dosages of two of my others and added more herbals so my treatment is even stronger.
But I cannot tell what is real and what is just in my mind.
Other than the dizziness sometimes and general sort of fear-mind- stuff, including a slight overwhlmened/imbalanced feeling, and the anxiety, I don't have other symptoms.
I feel very sorry for myself and depressed about this whle experience.
I am triyng to have a better attitude and think this is almost over and I am almost all the way better.
How do I figure out what is psychological post traumatic stress tuff and what is active infection?
