Skin sensitive to touch anyone get?

Does anybody get skin sensitive to touch like it feel wierd if anything rubs again it i cant handle this symptom really making life a drag and quality of life low does it ever go or could antibiotics have done this to me i cant live with this forever.

I cant even really describe it just skin feel weird as hell and dont like being touched

Sorry to hear this, yes I get it on occasion but doesn't last but a day or so and usually just a small area.

When I started treatment I felt a lot worse before feeling better. Not sure how long you've been treating but hang in there, it does get better.

not very long at all just over a month but every time i start treating i end up stopping and starting cause feeling so sick and just dont feel like taking the pills.When i think of taking my pills i feel sick i hate these big capsules dont no how ill ever get better.

Also where im not feeling immediately better my minds so negative like do i even have lymes say i dont even have it.Lifes a disatser i don't know how i got here

majikz - that's the difficult part now - waiting for signs of improvement so we can believe!!
At first you may not notice things day to day...but eventually you might think back to a couple months ago and realize that you're not having as many anxiety attacks, or your sleeping a bit better, or your legs don't hurt as much - but just subtle improvements.

I was thinking I hadn't gotten any better (treating with abx for 7 weeks now) - but my husband said I'm looking much better - my face isn't as drawn as it used to be, and he reminded me that I'm laughing more and crying less - and we even went to a movie a couple weeks ago - which I haven't wanted to do in over a year and a half.
So, sometimes it's just subtle changes that happen.

And, it's so early yet for you. Hang in there....and keep posting here for support.
I don't like taking pills either. I worry about the antibiotics damaging my body...but at this point, it hasn't been long. Some people are on them for years.

I had the super sensitive skin too- I couldn't shower or hardly wear clothes until I got it under control. It means that your body isn't detoxing well. You need to step up your detoxing routines. I can give you some suggestions based on what I had to do to get past this, if you are interested.

I had the same sensation right after I started antibiotics. It lasted for about five to six weeks but I'm eight weeks into treatment and it is gone. Definitely step up your detox routines. The detox baths really helped me. Drink plenty of water. Also follow your body's cues. I wore looser clothes and padded things like my seatbelt that irritated me. It does pass so hang in there!

I had this. Terrible. It was one of the things that seemed to get better after treatment and a change of diet. I couldn't wear jewelry, and stopped wearing jeans and anything constricting. Bras were a problem, and I did not want to be caressed. My forearms were especially sensitive. I still don't know how to describe it. It's sort of like, if you scratch a spot on your arm, just lightly, but for a while, how it will drive you crazy, even if it is not really pain. Another sensation of my skin was feeling like I had been dipped in hot fat, or had a severe sunburn. There were also patches that would just randomly become goose-bumped and would remain for a while, and would kept coming back. And the sensation that my hair was standing up.
