She has been gluten free for 4 years...We limit dairy and sugar as much as we can but with a 13 year old it is difficult to get her to buy in to the diet ideas. I have also worried about
red meat in her diet recently. Of course, she thinks I am crazy.
We have not tried bone broth. How would I go about starting that and getting her to eat it? Is it just cooked broth like a soup. She is very picky and difficult about food. I will definitley check into it, but suggestions are welcome.
Also, Yes she is on a daily probiotic as well as other supplements provided by doctor. Her issues have almost always been stomach centered in some way. Throwing up, pains, diarrhea, nausea. When she finally crashed in January she developed the extreme fatigue and vision/head issues as well.
