looking for LLMD in Southern Oregon

Hi all, I was diagnosed (clinically and positive laboratory confirmation), with Lyme disease in 2003 and received 2 years of oral antibiotics (Zithromax and Doxycycline) therapy, hyperbaric therapy, and vitamin and antioxidant treatments. Although many of the symptoms improved, many symptoms (such as mind fog, chronic pain, and many more) have persisted. I have moved from California to Southern Oregon and am looking for a LLMD in the Southern Oregon area. Any suggestions?
