I live in Northern KY and was recently diagnosed with Lyme disease. I had my first appointment with an Infectious Disease Doctor last Tuesday. However, I am searching for a LLMD as close as possible to my home.

This is a great place for support and a place to ask questions you may have.
If you haven't already, please read the thread at the top of the page, "New to Lyme?...Start Here" - it has a lot of good information about Lyme disease, including the section on Detoxing.

Detoxing is something you can start right away and is very important throughout lyme treatment.

there is a llmd in northern IN, I believe near the Chicago area, so I guess that would be quite a drive for you and perhaps not what you're looking for. If you were interested you could find the info on the suburban Chicago lyme Facebook page. I don't know his name, just that he is lyme literate and supposedly a good doc.

Hey Exhausted, enable your email and I'll send my LLMD info to you. He is located in central Ohio. I travel an hour to see him but, it is sooooo worth it.
