Also read that exercise should be done every other day, not every day, so the body can recover.
I've been exercising everyday for awhile now..and i don't think it's making me worse. But I only do a total of 15-20 minutes consisting of an elyptical machine, light arm weights for biceps and shoulder, lots of stretching.
