Hey friends! I need some help! I've been on the gluten free, sugar free and dairy free diet since February with maybe a hand full of cheat days. I was weighing 118 before I got sick and was very athletic so a lot of that was probably muscle but still-I hate being this small nothing fits, I always feel hungry and honestly I don't feel improved overall. I know everyone is different but I'm beginning to think a little gluten could help. My diet usually consists of eggs or gluten free oatmeal in the morning. I'll have a snack of carrots, walnuts, almonds, celery, rice cake or a gluten free granola bar (5g sugar). For lunch chicken, a salad or chili. For dinner chicken, broccoli, green beans, brown rice, sweet potatoes, salmon or gluten free pizza or pasta. I also will drink almond milk with dinner. I'm bored with food but know it doesn't have to be like this-help!
