I did put Ginseng, didn't I? I meant Ginger. I just can't figure it out. I just can't believe that something so simple as a cup of Ginger can mess me up in so many ways. Nothing else has changed in my diet or routine. The only thing that I can think of is that when it thinned my blood, it may have allowed the pathogens deeper into my CNS and thus the "instant" worsening of symptoms.
I refuse to accept that a whole year of not eating what I like, of taking all sorts of antibiotics and dealing with their side effects has been for nothing. It almost makes you want to just give up.
Thank you for the link Traveler. I read it and it reminded me why I was so excited to begin taking Ginger tea.
