Those are typical reactions when you have a large toxin load and compromised detox pathways.
You can get genetic testing to see if you have the gene mutations that keep you from detoxing well. If so, you can get treatments so that your body will begin to detox. For more information on this, please see:
www.dramyyasko.com/resources/autism-pathways-to-recovery/ It describes the whole process. People with autism have these same issues, so although this site is directed to those with autism, it applies to those with the gene mutations no matter what infection or disease they have developed - including Lyme disease.
I didn't have any gene testing done, but had a very high toxin load myself. I had to make detoxing my daily job - as if I was going to get paid to do it! That way I was dedicated to doing it all, every day. You have to start off very slowly, but stay consistent....and determined. And start off with the more gentle ways of detoxing.
A foot detox soak with Epsom Salts and hydrogen peroxide works wonders to get things started- just be sure to not stay in the water for more than 7 - 10 minutes and expect to feel worse the next day (this is known as herxing). That's because you got the toxins mobilized, and they are having trouble finding their way out. You need to make sure that your liver, kidneys and bowels are all working well. You can do the foot soaks as often as you can - but when you start off, consider doing them only 2 - 3 times a week.
Drink at least 64 ounces of lemon water every day to help flush more toxins out.
Learn and do dry skin brushing daily. Make sure to gently brush the entire body - even the bottoms of your feet.
Green smoothies are a great way to get extra nutrition and to add in parsley or cilantro to help you detox more.
Oil pulling is something that I have just started this week. It seems to be helping me as well.
You can use a "binder" ( a substance that binds to the toxins and helps them move out of the body) like Cholestyramine, organic bentonite clay, or Zeolite, or activated charcoal. I'm using activated charcoal.
If you have access to a FIR sauna, they are an excellent way to remove toxins, but be sure you are careful to stay very well hydrated!!
These are just a few of the ways you can get your body started detoxing better. Once you can get some of the toxins moving out of your body, then you will be able to start treatments for the infections.
