Positive ANA

So I have seen in people's signatures that they have had a positive ANA test (speckled). What exactly does that mean in relation to lyme disease? My lyme test came out negative but I have previously tested positive for ANA speckled but they said my count was really low...but probably in the future I would have some type of autoimmune disease? So does it have anything to do with lyme?

I have a positive ANA - became positive after starting treatment.
