Dilemma...to take or to wait...

16 december 2014 I will know the results of all co-infection and lyme tests. Hereafter I will get my treatment plan from my LLMD.
(I did allready a bloodtest in Germany which pointed out verly low cd57, chlamydia, mycoplasma, lyme was inconclusive but its lyme i feel it)

I have precriptions from a my homedokter for Azithromycine (for chlamydia) and flagyl (leaky gut)... should I take this allready or is it dangerous? I don't want to mess up the treatment of my LLMD, but I also want starting soon as the longer, the harder it is getting to treat lyme etc...

Any suggestions?

How long is the course of Azithromycine that your GP prescribed? Be sure it is long enough before starting it. Is your Chlamydia Pn a recent active infection?

I had an active Chlamydia Pn infection 3 years ago. The GP drew my blood, didn't check the results, didn't take my symptoms serious and let me go with an active pneumonia.
My LLMD then advized her (after 2 or 3 months when she called me to 'confess') to prescribe me 5 weeks of Azithromycine, she refused and gave me 5 days. Stayed sick for a long time.
Maybe you could email your llmd and ask if he is ok with you starting this treatment before seeing him for the final blood results (be sure to mention in your email how you tested positive on Chl Pn)?

I took Azithromycine from 25 august - 22 sept. My LLMD would only test my blood 29 okt (because i had taken the azi and that could have influence on the results of his tests he said).

I think both your GP and LLMD are handling this very well. LLMD is thorough in his testing, isn't he?

Maybe you could just inform your LLMD that you will be continuing Azithromycine and adding Flagyl to it, if you decide to do it.
I always play with open cards with him, not always with other drs, cause some of them just don't get it. It's better to keep him posted on everything, especially when on abx. You could remention it when going for the blood draw?
