I use rhodiola and phosphatidyl serine, and am going to get my adrenals tested; if test is positive, doc will put me on cortisol.

As far as the other stuff, it would take me too long to go into it.

I just meant where did people get their adrenal supps from like Licorice? I have weird reactions to so many things I thought maybe someone found some really gentle adrenals supps?

I take ashwaganda now, but have also taken Rhodiola and Cordyceps before. I dont think the ashwaganda is working as well.

I dont have fatigue, but my adrenals do need support.

Ok thank u I will try some of those. I already do vit c and b but I dont think it is enough.
