Freeezing feelings

Helow,

Since a couple of weeks I have freezing feelings on both hands, elbows, sometimes arms, feet, legs sometimes... All of the feelings come and go away (sometimes a couple of hours)
Could this be due Lyme or a specific co-infection?

Its really cold, not numb. The first monhts that I was ill I had burning sensations... nowadays those burning sensations turned into freezing sensations.. (but sometimes turn into burning also but less).
I will began my treatment 15 december
I think its due Lyme or bartonella...
(My neurologist discoverd yesterday light form of carpal tunnel in both arms.. I think it's all lyme since I had have never one complain before I got ill in april 2014)

Aubry, I have hot/cold/tingly/numb/electric jolts/twitchy muscles/traveling numbness, etc.
It's part of the territory, I have Lyme/Bart and am waiting for other coinfection test results right now.

I've come to the conclusion that if it's weird, I'll likely experience it thanks to Lyme & Co. Are you being treated? That's most important.
