Portable sauna

I own one and love it. Got if off of Amazon for $180. Others here will tell you to be careful about the material and the fumes they let off, but I have personally not had any negative effects.
I have it set up in front of the TV.

When I wanted to do sauna detox, my husband did a research for where I could do sauna in my area. Kid you not, it's all expensive spa that would charge a hundred dollars for each session. I gave him a kiss and told him thanks. Funny guy.

Anyway, after researching everywhere I decided on a portable infrared sauna by therasage (nope, don't affiliate with them or get any commission from them). I bought it directly from their site after I called and asked ton of question with the owner. Not only I was very impressed with how the man answered all my questions patiently (and my questions are tedious), the sauna is also made in the USA. I want to make sure I got their real stuff, so no eBay or Amazon for me since some of the reviewers on some of the portable sauna there said they didn't get what they thought they were purchasing. AND I knew that this contraption would be very crucial for my treatment.

Another reason is that their products supposedly emits minimal EMF -- the least I saw in the market. My husband's prefer one of those room sauna type. I actually like the portable version better since I can sit it in front of TV (can't take any electronic into the room one -- something about the EMF.

At the beginning I used it 5-6 days a week. Now I'm probably down to about 3-5 days a week. The best money I've spent.

It's Therasage.com I bought it for $600 + shipping, but I had a coupon for $ 90, so it came up to a few dollars shy of $600............not cheap, but I figure something I'd be using almost everyday and for a long long time, or even for the rest of my life who knows. You should call them, they probably can answer your questions about the product better than I can.

Oh, remember to drink electrolyte water after getting out of sauna. I learned that the hard way -- dizziness, high/low blood pressure....LLMD said to drink Propel, I said I made my own from water + lime or lemon + Himalayan pink sea salt
