CD57 going down, why? 10 months on ABX so far

This is puzzling cd57 went from 46 to 43, now 37.

But my C4a lowered into the normal zone.

Anyone else? Reasons?

The C4A going down is a good sign. What is it at now? Mine was over 7,000 last time. My LLMD says you won't see a significant increase in the CD-57 until you have been treated into a good remission, meaning 2 months worth of ABX treatment after you stop noticing any symptoms, and a month or 2 after stopping the ABX, you should typically see a good jump in the count.

The c4a went down under the normal limit in only four months of ABX. I think it was under 2000, or close to that, - it was around 4500 at first.

After only 2 months on abx my CDC dropped 20 points. My doctor wrote on my paperwork that it means persistent or chronic Lyme. Not sure how true it is, but basically, when she explained it she meant that I've had it awhile and it takes awhile to cure or go into remission

Was Dxed chronic lyme 1 yr ago. Initial symptoms of infection 25 yrs ago.

I herxed really bad for first 3 months on ABX. Yes I still have symptoms, but less.

I took an ABX break to heal the liver, my muscle pain came back, but anxiety lowered.

After starting ABX again anxiety increased, then lessoned a bit- so that was herx #2 or just effects of the ABX.

And maybe my symptoms are permanent - time will tell. My C4a improved, but its discouraging to see dropping CD57.

I googled this, many are asking the same question in other places.

Are you still on ABX? It sounds like you'll need at least a few combos throughout your treatment to address a long lasting infection like that. You obviously have chronic lyme, and your cd-57 might

improve after treatment finishes, in some cases over 5 years it never does, but you've got a shot at it. On another forum, one of the members has a CD-57 count of 8, and it never improved after treatment. Just keep your hopes up, the mind is a powerful thing.

Yes on 2 now.

I,ve been on 4 diff ABX, always 2 or 3 types at once - so yes, the ABX "aim" is from all angles for cysts and general areas.

I think I platoed though. Might need a ABX change, or herbs.

Hopefully my new c4a will still be good (stays low), waiting.

My Igenix bands were only "indicative", very low on 41 and 31 (or 39 forgot)?

Killer T cells on the i-spot (interesting test)are moslty unresponsive and rendered usless. Apparently got there arses kicked, like a bunch of injured solders and wont fight like they are supposed to do..

That test does not just show pos or neg, it also shows what is going on with the killer cells. Mine are waving a surrender flag to an unproven attacker- not good.
