In Need of LLMD in the DC Metro Area Who Takes Insurance

I think I've started relapsing again and I'm in need of a doctor. My previous LLMD stopped taking insurance about two years ago, I can't afford to go to see him. I'm aware that it is quite difficult to find a doc who takes insurance, but I know there are some out there. Can someone please give a doc's name? I really need help, I'm in so much pain.
