Hope you had a great TG!!!
That sounds like enough probiotics, but sometimes retention enemas are the best way to introduce probiotics into the lower intestine. You can look up these types of enemas online.
As for the S. Boulardii, don't take the Jarrow. Jarrow is a good company, but the Jarrow contains MOS, which can irritate the gut. For now at least, I wouldn't take anything that includes FOS or MOS.
And don't make your own Kombucha Tea. That was a big mistake for me.
I'm REALLY not trying to sell anything, in case anyone notices, but my C. Diff. started getting much better when I started taking the F-orastor, which is S. Boulardii. Also take digestive bitters, licorice, digestive enzymes, and ginger.
Last but not least: Two things that are really BAD for C. Diff., regardless of what your doctor said: Any kind of sugar and starchy foods, like rice, pasta, wheat, and any type of dessert. The other thing is antacids like Prilosec or Prevacid. If you have heartburn, use tiny amounts of apple cider vinegar instead.
Go paleo and high protein for now (but don't exclude things like carrots or sweet potatoes), and you can reintroduce starchy foods later. Also, no beans or onions. Veggies and fruit are fine. I would look at websites like Elena's Pantry, but don't go hog wild. No bread until later! The C. Diff. bacteria just loves sugar! If you have diarrhea, go with boiled chicken, applesauce, in moderation, and, if you can tolerate it, kefir or yogurt.
