This is a really good intro to options we have to help our bodies heal.
It's called Zu San Li – A point of a Hundred Diseases on your Body,
and what will happen if you massage the shin area!

I've been doing this for about the last 2 - 3 weeks, in the mindset of helping
my knees mend. My knees are getting better, and I'm feeling better, too.
I know my adrenals/adjoining systems needs supported, and I've been doing that
with diet and specific supplements/tincture/homeopathic drops via an herbalist.
Also, very mindful of stress! Keeping that at bay as best as I am able.
All of this together has been strengthening and supporting my taxed organs.
I'm happy to have found that my massaging my shins have had added bonus support!
And, if massaging is out of the question, due to pain, then even a soft, gentle touch
is able to start the blood flow and help get things moving on the energy level, too.
It was somewhat painful for me in the beginning, but now it actually feels good.
I just listen to my body and support it, rather than force it.
Over time, this could get easier and less painful. Even not touching the skin,
but moving the fingers above the area would be helpful. It's worth a try.
