We just had a discussion the other day about
the effects on the period while in treatment—for me, the lyme & co didn't really affect my period much but the treatment sure has:
www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=3263541I used to have very rough periods especially in my teens and 20s with very light but extremely regular flow. Now, the flow is heavier but that is normal and while I am fighting lyme & co my lifestyle is in many ways healthier and PMS is less and my periods seem to be "healthier". Go figure.
In my research, I found a lot of correlation between severe PMS or PMDD and a woman's ability to detox effectively—probably when I was looking into methylation pathways. I will try to find those references again. There are the typical low-carb, sugar-free, caffeine-free, organic, non-GMO, non-processed food diet and regular exercise lifestyle recommendations that have shown to be helpful but I think in your case sayyadina there is likely something more significant going on because of the complexities of your health situation since you are likely eating fairly healthy. But here's a good link to success with ACV.
