Yes, I had that (the first symptom), but it went away after I stopped using my Albuterol inhaler. My cardiologist put me on a halter (the thing that monitors your heartbeat for 24 hours), but it had gone by then.
I use a Vitamix blender and a separate juicer. For juicing, I would suggest any kind of greens, carrots, celery, cucumbers, and apples. Don't do too much fruit, because fruit is too high in sugar, and you need quite a bit of fruit to yield enough juice. One thing that's excellent for lyme is ginger, and even though it's low yield, I would def. add ginger.
As far as Smoothies, I use parsley or cilantro, spinach, ginger, some spices like cinnamon and coriander (the latter for my migraines), two tbsps. ground flax (I grind it in a coffee grinder), a banana, some frozen fruit, stevia or honey, rice protein powder, chlorella, a tsp. of goat-milk kefir, and some kind of fake "milk," such as rice milk, almond milk, or coconut milk. If you tolerate nuts, any kind of nut butter is good in a smoothie.
