I don't know about DMSO for the treatment of high fibrin, so I can't answer that. I know it helps with some pain, but I use it VERY sparingly with arnica for when my arthritis has me not being able to use a joint at all. It works wonders then, and it's something I don't have to be on all the time.
The only change in treatment would be to add in something to address the high fibrin in your blood. I don't know about things other than heparin for the pharma side of this, or warfarin, which my husband is on and I wouldn't recommend that unless it's to safe your life - the side effects are horrid.
As for the natural side of things, serrapeptase is supposed to be pretty effective at thinning the blood back down when the person has Lyme. There's a ton of information online about this.
Thanks again Traveler
I started taking serrapeptase last month .. Started with a single 30,000u cap, and just this weekend I am up to 90,000 2x per day
I feel that my issues are vascular .. I have absolutely no joint pain, but the burning nerve pain and vascular-type pain is unbearable at times ..
I also have some scratch marks - or lines that look like that - come out when the symptoms get bad ... My doc says that is something vascular, but she wouldn't go as far as actually saying bartonella
But I am staying positive as things have changed a lot in the past month ... it isn't always better ( even though it can be ), but after all this time, I am taking change as a good thing
