Ok, so for 3 weeks I have been following the lyme diet, no gluten, dairy, or sugar (and I am allergic to eggs). I am having a lot of trouble with my stools. I thought they would start to get better and even out but they are still loose and bright colored. Sorry for the TMI but I don't know who else but other lymies to ask. I am wondering if this should get better or if sometimes this doesn't work for people? I tried adding fiber. I am taking probiotics. I added some Kefir for the natural probiotics too (this one is 99% lactose free). I don't have diarrhea, just looser than normal stool, and a lot of gas.
I am on Zithromax (I am allergic to a lot of antibiotics), magnesium, fish oil, flax oil, probiotics, magnesium, multivitiam supplement, lyrica, armour thyroid, and several other meds that I have been on long term for other issues.
